Rolando Carcamo

Rolando is one of Hyperion’s longest running producer partners. We have purchased his coffee for the last 7 harvests and we are very excited about the quality of his micro lot this year. Our long-term partnership with Rolando and Jose Laris is a prime example of our sourcing philosophy. We aim to work with farmers year-after-year to provide consistent purchases that they can rely on while working to improve quality as well as experiment with new processing methods and farm level improvements. 

Rolando has been farming coffee for 20 years in La Union. He is a political leader in his community and is involved in many different forms of agriculture. The care and meticulous preparation of Rolando's coffee is apparent with the first sip of his coffee.
