Isnull is also in the San Pedro Necta valley in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. We have worked with many small to mid sized producers in this region in the last decade and have had the privilege to facilitate the development of many direct trade relationships between roasters around the world and coffee producers in this region. These relationships are long lasting based on a mutual value in hard work and commitment to excellence. This honey is no exception, showcasing the same nuance present in these high elevation coffees in both flavor and aroma. This honey delicious honey has a creamy mouthfeel while maintaining a crisp clean sweetness that leaves your pallet delighted and refreshed.”
