This washed lot from Guji marks our final Ethiopia offering for the 2024 season. We’re drawn to this style of coffee for its delicate floral notes, rich sweetness, and crisp finish. It’s versatile across brewing methods but truly shines when brewed as a pour-over, evoking the anticipation of spring blooms on the horizon.

The Guji Zone, located in southern Ethiopia, borders the lush regions of Sidama and West Arsi to the north, the Bale Zone to the east, and the renowned Gedeo Zone to the west. Due to their proximity, the Guji and Gedeo Zones share many characteristics in both coffee processing and production, resulting in similarly bright, vibrant coffees with fruity and floral flavors.
