The Llach family has been growing coffee in El Salvador since 1876. Their farms employ ample shade trees and produce Bourbon, Pacas, Sarchimor and other quality cultivars. 

Maria Cristina Llach started her plantation in 1984, following her father, grandfather, and great-grandfather's footsteps. She is passionate about her La Haciendita Estate and the great Specialty coffee it produces. One of Maria’s goals is to protect the natural flora & fauna that inhabit the plantation, as well as create a culture of cleanliness and protection of the environment. The estates uses low water consumption ecological depulpers and implement solar power to operate the dry mill.
